About the event
We are excited to inform you that the 6th International Conference on Sustainable Agriculture and Biosystem (the 7th ICSAB 2026) should be held on October 7th, 2026, in Padang, West Sumatra, Indonesia by online and offline methods. This event will be held in collaboration between the Department of Agriculture and Biosystem Engineering – Universitas Andalas, Padang, Indonesia, and the Faculty of Agriculture – Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), Malaysia. The conference theme is Innovations in Smart Agriculture: Strengthening Global Food Systems for a Sustainable Future. Smart agriculture leverages cutting-edge technologies like AI, IoT, precision farming, and other technologies to optimize resource efficiency and significantly increase agricultural productivity. By integrating these data-driven innovations, we can build resilient food systems capable of adapting to climate change and environmental challenges. Ultimately, these advancements are essential for ensuring global food security and fostering a more sustainable future for communities worldwide.
